Registered Nurse, Med Surg Tele, Glenwood Springs, Colorado - start 08/04/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,063-$2,173 per week with guaranteed hours of 36. Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to Med-Surg/Observation Unit patients using the nursing process
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor vitals, recognize changes in condition, and respond promptly
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments; manage IV therapy and wound care as indicated
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans; document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team; educate patients and families and coordinate discharge planning

Requirements
- Current Colorado RN license to practice
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Flu vaccination (mandatory Oct 1 through Apr 1; no declinations accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of Acute Care/Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience; 3+ years of RN Med Surg experience preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in night shift, weekend rotation, and on-call requirements
- ACLS is required to provide intermediate care in CCU as needed
