Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Tele

RN – Med-Surg

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts including weekend rotation. Must agree to on-call rotation and take 1 call shift per 2-week period.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Current RN License to work in the state
• Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association
• Current ACLS issued by the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years of Acute Care/Med-Surg/Telemetry or similar RN experience
• Flu Vaccination (mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in acute care settings
• Utilize specialized knowledge and expertise related to critical disease states to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Employ the nursing process to address patient needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

Compliance / Notes:

• Flu Vaccination required from October 1st through April 1st
• RADIUS RULE: traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility
