THE PROJECT

Kansas Athletics and Legends, a global premium experiences company, have announced a comprehensive, long-term partnership focused on reimagining the fan experience as part of the expansive renovation of iconic Allen Fieldhouse and the transformation of David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium.

Allen Fieldhouse, the premier venue in college basketball, will soon undergo a series of renovations that will include upgraded fan experience amenities and reimagined and expanded premium hospitality spaces. David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium is part of a transformational multi-use development project to create a north gateway entrance to the University of Kansas campus.

As part of the overarching agreement, Legends will work in partnership with Kansas Athletics to optimize revenue generation and curate experiences for all Jayhawk fans. With a data-driven approach, Legends will oversee premium product development, pricing, and sales as part of the projects, as well as manage overall premium seating, ticket sales, annual fund donations, marketing strategy, and business intelligence for all ticketed sporting events.

THE ROLE

The Client Services Associate role is primarily responsible for effectively assisting the Premium Sales Managers, Sales & Service team in the execution of the sales process, creating a positive sales environment, creating and facilitating digital and email marketing campaigns, and providing exemplary customer service to all current premium seating customers and new buyers. The Premium Service Rep should be a professional, team-focused, positive individual. The Client Services Associate will work under the guidance of the VP of Premium Seating, Fundraising & Ticketing.

ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the premium sales manager team in the execution of the sales process, including but not limited to the creation and execution of all sales materials, contracts, scheduling, commissions and bonuses.
• Create and facilitate a digital marketing plan including strategy and development of content, email database, and graphics working in conjunction with Kansas Athletics Marketing.
• Generate prospect lists and manage in Salesforce and Fan Three Sixty and Excel Spreadsheets.
• Greet guests and prospective clients at preview & sales center reception desk Track and communicate daily, weekly and monthly sales numbers, inventory, projections, goals and contests.
• Act as the liaison between Legends Global Sales and University Relations; partner with University Relations Administrative Assistant to schedule key meetings
• Maintain scheduling of preview & sales Center, closing rooms and other meeting areas
• Create and execute prospect sales events Responsible for assisting with all sales, marketing & development events revolving around The Gateway District Project
• Assist in the creation and execution of sales and marketing materials Produce and execute capital gift and annual premium seat payment invoicing and collections and work diligently toward a 100% collection rate each year.
• Develop marketing materials for Events and Experiences Perform additional office management duties including but not limited to budgets, invoicing, expense tracking, billing, supplies and maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related area of study required
• 2-3 years' experience (sports industry preferred) Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
• Candidate should possess excellent time management and organizational skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Campaign email platform
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of Paciolan ticketing system and Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Candidates must have a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports
