Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant

Are you an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant searching for your next locum tenens opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Ohio might be the perfect fit for you!

• Schedule: 12-hour NP shifts; M-F: 9:30am-9:30pm and 1:30pm-1:30am; Sat-Sun: 10:00am-8:00pm and 2:30pm-12:30am; 22 hours APP (NP/PA) coverage daily
• Job Setting: Emergency Department; 17 ED beds; 115-bed community hospital; approximately 25,000-26,000 annual ED visits
• Types of Cases: Independent evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment within NP scope; Emergency Medicine
• Credentialing: Privileging timeframe approximately 120 days; Ohio license required or ability to obtain; ACLS, PALS, NRP required; DEA required; TB and Flu requirements per credentialing standards

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: FNP or ACNP certification required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required
• Licensure: Ohio NP license required or ability to obtain; DEA required
