If you're looking for a company that embraces the principles of respect, compassion and trust, please apply with us today!Location: Can work remotely in the domestic United StatesSchedule: Regular business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, must be able to work after hours and on weekends as needed.Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on experienceAdditional Compensation and Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurances from premium providers401K with matchingCompany paid accident and disability insurance, long term disability insurance, EAP, and travel assistanceTuition reimbursementPaid time off, sick time, wellness days, and paid holidaysAdditional benefits such as identity theft protection, flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, and more.Day To Day:Facilitate regular project team meetings with resources from both internal and client teamsEffectively communicate with clients and internal resources through regular progress reporting and conference callsManage project plan/checklist of required tasks to ensure adherence to the schedule and successfully complete implementationsAssign tasks to resources in various departments and closely monitor results to completionOversee multiple implementation projects in different stages simultaneouslyWork independently and proactively to ensure timeliness of deliverablesAsk probing questions to understand the needs and issues associated with the new implementationFollow established process to ensure that new implementations are tested and audited properlyPerform analysis and design of interfaces (files, reports, statements)Collaborate with programmers/developers, including design elementsCreate and execute test plans for newly-developed proceduresDocument and share details about new clients with internal departments via the standard Project Plan Summary templateEstablish documentation for developed processes and oversee transition to IT operationsLearn and become proficient in the CUBS collection systemProduce high quality work in a fast paced environmentOther duties as assignedWhat You Must Possess:Must Have:High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferredProject management training/certification a plusProven ability to work within expected guidelines under limited supervisionDemonstrated experience with implementations and data transfersSoftware application knowledge (troubleshooting) and working closely with software developers preferredCollections experience, specifically with CUBS collection application a plusStrong analytical, problem solving, and follow-up abilitiesEffective time management and organizational skills a mustMicrosoft Office experience specifically with ExcelAbility to work Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm and flexibility to work outside these hours when neededNice to Have:Project management training/certification a plus - Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) Project Management or Comp TIA Project + preferred.
