About the Role: Join the vibrant team at D'Cocco's Pizzeria Restaurant as a Pizza Counter Phone Person! This exciting role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with customers and ensuring they receive the best Pizzeria Dining Experience in Oceanside, NY.

Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and take pizza orders with enthusiasm and accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
Manage the cash register and process payments efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized counter area to enhance customer experience.
Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize sales.
Complete phone orders & learn procedures.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food industry.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Passion for pizza and a commitment to providing great service.
Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
