Apply directly to this posting for immediate consideration!Position Overview: This role combines customer service duties with warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order processing, inventory control, and smooth logistics coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain machinery such as forklifts, bagging machines, liquid and powder blenders.Assemble and prepare goods for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and loading ordersMonitor production lines to ensure timely load and shipment, and maintain quality control by inspecting products for defectsFollow safety procedures to prevent accidents in potentially hazardous environmentsMaintain cleanliness and safety of the work area, removing debris and ensuring proper storageReport equipment malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors promptlyWork in high-traffic environments.QualificationsPhysical stamina to lift and move heavy loads (often 50 -55 lbs)Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyTeamwork and communication skills to collaborate with coworkers and supervisorsFamiliarity with warehouse equipment and basic machinery operationHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work quickly, accurately and methodically, especially during peak periodsBenefits of working with PrideStaff:Medical, Rx, and Wellness BenefitsDental and Vision Plan OptionsShort-term Disability401(k) Retirement PlanHoliday PayPrideStaff Company OverviewPrideStaff wants you to Succeed!
