Overview Job Location: TXHO24 Gordon - Alvin, TX 77511 Bluewave Express Wash is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team of car wash experts. Benefits Generous PTO and vacation policy Competitive medical, dental, and vision programs Career growth opportunities Holiday pay and free car washes Leadership training Responsibilities Recruit, train, and coach team members with the Site Leader Maintain a clean, professional site and team appearance Conduct daily operations at the car wash Enforce Bluewave policies and procedures Maintain a safe workplace Drive local volume and sales Ensure wash quality and brand standards Review financial performance with the Site Leader Use software programs including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems Continuously improve and learn Qualifications Minimum 1 year of leadership experience Positive attitude and problem‑solving mindset Basic IT and computer skills Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn Leads with energy in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable with outdoor work, rain or shine No car wash experience required; will be trained #J-18808-Ljbffr
