Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and innovation while working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, office areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and employee entry in accordance with site procedures, and assist with directing guests, deliveries, and/or vendors to the appropriate destination.
• Support closing and opening routines, observe for irregular conditions involving doors, alarms, and/or restricted areas, and communicate security-related issues according to post instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
