In our agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will put people first, communicate clearly, and act with integrity to contribute to a welcoming, well-managed environment. **Position Type: Part Time** **Pay Rate: $19.25 / Hour** **Job Schedule:** **Day** **Time** Sat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM **What You'll Do:** + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services location. + Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed. + Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. + Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to site procedures. + Support daily operations by maintaining detailed activity logs, preparing incident reports, and assisting with directions and general inquiries in a professional manner. **Minimum Requirements:** + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. + Alarm panel experience is preferred. + Customer service experience is preferred. + Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. + The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. + A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. **Why Join Us:** + **Smart Tools:** Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more. + **Career Growth:** Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities. + **Financial Benefits:** Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future. + **Exclusive Perks:** Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.
