As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, you'll guide buyers and sellers from first contact to the closing table - building trust, converting leads, and delivering the kind of service that earns referrals for life. You'll be backed by a proven system, a steady pipeline of leads, and a team built to help you win, so you can focus on what you do best.

What success looks like at 6 months:

• 3-6 home sales/month (or pipeline equivalent), high client satisfaction, steady referral flow
• $150,000+ expected annual net income (commission-driven; details provided during interview)

Responsibilities

• Guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate transaction, from initial consultation to closing.
• Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand each client's goals and recommend the right path forward.
• Consistently follow up with leads and nurture relationships using our CRM to keep every client engaged and informed.
• Schedule and lead property showings, listing presentations, and client appointments with confidence.
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate on behalf of your clients, and guide them smoothly through to closing.

Qualifications

What you bring (must-haves):
• Valid Texas Real Estate License (or actively working toward one - we'll help you get there).
• Excellent communication and time-management skills; you keep clients informed and yourself organized.
• Flexibility to travel by car and work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends when clients need you.
• A genuine commitment to building a full-time, successful career in real estate.
