Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Overview Pinnacle Health & Rehab, located in Canton, is seeking dynamic and highly motivated licensed team members. Our 66 bed Assisted Living facility offers long-term care in a caring environment. The person in this position is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and oversight of a clinical team. The position involves a high level of collaboration with direct care workers and all ancillary departments. Shifts may vary with every other weekend on-call responsibilities. EOE. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the clinical team on a day-to-day basis in an Assisted Living setting. Collaborate with direct care workers and all ancillary departments to ensure high-quality resident care. Qualifications Active Maine nursing license. Proof of MMR, varicella, Hep B and seasonal flu (Oct–Apr) required. Experience in Assisted Living Care a plus but not required; new graduates invited to apply.
