In this role, you will deliver direct bedside nursing care, perform comprehensive assessments, and monitor patients’ conditions across a variety of clinical environments. You will administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments safely in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory requirements. Using the facility’s electronic medical record (EMR) systems, you will document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner. Working as part of an interdisciplinary care team, you will collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and fellow nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will play an active role in patient and family education, explaining diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans, and supporting safe discharge and transitions of care. You will be expected to recognize changes in patient status, respond quickly and appropriately, and escalating concerns to the appropriate provider. Assignments may include acute care units, outpatient clinics, and skilled or long‑term care settings, offering the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations and clinical specialties.
