As a part-time Territory Sales Representative (3 days per week), you don't need prior pharmaceutical sales experience-we're looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and break into the industry. Key Responsibilities • Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory • Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy • Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff • Apply training and coaching consistently in the field • Execute a focused territory plan within assigned workdays • Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership • Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree required • 1-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, retail, service, or related) • Strong interest in breaking into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales • Proven work ethic and ability to deliver results in a performance-driven environment • Coachability-someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly • Highly motivated, organized, and accountable • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan • Willingness to travel within territory during assigned workdays • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Pharmaceutical experience is not required-drive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.
