Maintenance TechnicianMonroe Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team!Under the supervision and direction of the Community Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the overall physical aspects of the community meet the established standards for safety, appearance, and operation within the budgeted financial goal including, but not limited to, the interior and exterior of the building, plus all other areas related to the day-to-day function of the building and activity of the residence; oversees outside contracts and vendors. Specific responsibilities include:Performing general maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing carpentry, drywall, appliances, exterior structurePerforms property and unit inspectionsMaintains the property curb appeal and general cleanlinessSchedules and maintains Make-Ready BoardPurchasing materials & Budget ManagementEnsure that maintenance teams deliver Safe, Decent, and Sanitary Housing to all our residentsThe job is located in Philadelphia, PAMonroe Group is one of the country's fastest-growing affordable housing management companies with a portfolio of 90+ affordable communities, 9,000 units in Twenty-six (26) States, and growing.
