Clinical Pharmacist Inpatient

Intermountain Health seeks an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered pharmacy care within our hospital setting. In this role, you will review and verify medication orders, provide pharmacotherapy consults, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and optimize medication therapy for diverse inpatient populations. You’ll support medication safety, antimicrobial stewardship, and quality improvement initiatives while educating patients, families, and clinical staff. Working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment, you’ll help advance evidence-based practice and improve community health across the region.
