Physician Assistant Open Heart Cardiac Surgery (FT 8a-4:30pm) in FL - Delray Beach
We are currently seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our Open Heart Cardiac Surgery team in Delray Beach, FL. This is a full-time position with working hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
***Minimum one year of experience required!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the surgical team during open heart cardiac surgeries
- Perform pre-operative assessments and post-operative care for patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in patient education and counseling
Qualifications:
- Current valid PA license in the state of Florida (or willing to acquire)
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Prior experience in cardiac surgery or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
