About The Role GoodRx is seeking a Sr. Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimize digital media campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth. This role will support full-funnel digital marketing programs with a primary focus on paid social, applying strong analytical and platform expertise to campaign execution, optimization, testing, and measurement. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. This individual will partner closely with Creative, Integrated Marketing, and Data teams to develop effective campaigns, test new approaches, and translate performance results into actionable insights. This role reports to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end execution of paid social, including campaign setup, targeting, budget pacing, optimization, QA, and performance reporting. Develop campaign strategies and recommendations aligned with business objectives, audience needs, and acquisition goals. Monitor campaign performance and independently identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and overall results. Develop and execute testing plans across audiences, creative, placements, bidding strategies, and other campaign variables. Partner with Creative and Integrated Marketing teams to develop and test social-first creative and translate performance results into actionable creative insights. Analyze campaign and customer acquisition performance using key metrics such as CPM, CPA, CAC, conversion rates, and LTV. Partner with Data and Analytics teams to support measurement approaches, including incrementality testing, attribution, MMM, and platform measurement solutions. Translate campaign results and learnings into clear performance insights and recommendations for Marketing stakeholders. Maintain campaign documentation, QA standards, and platform best practices to support consistent and effective execution. Stay current on evolving digital media platforms, capabilities, privacy requirements, and industry trends, and recommend opportunities for adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional partners and share digital media expertise and best practices with other members of the Marketing team. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field and 5+ years of related Marketing experience, including 3-4 years of Paid Social experience. Strong hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Reddit, Pinterest, and TikTok. Strong knowledge of campaign setup, tagging, QA, optimization, analysis, and reporting. Understanding of digital marketing measurement methodologies, including attribution, incrementality, MMM, server-to-server integrations, and CAPI. Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, online and offline conversions, and performance KPIs including CPM, CPA, CAC, and LTV. Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance, identify trends and issues, and develop actionable recommendations. Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to campaign QA and documentation. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate performance insights to cross-functional stakeholders. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Creative and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt approaches as business and campaign needs evolve. Nice To Have Experience managing digital media campaigns in healthcare, health tech, or another regulated industry. Experience with AI-assisted marketing workflows or automation. Experience working closely with Data or Analytics teams on advanced marketing measurement. Meta Blueprint or other relevant digital media platform certification.
