Sr. Delivery Enablement Lead
Hybrid – Atlanta, GA (2 days onsite/week), Contract
We’re partnering with a global technology organization to hire a Sr. Delivery Enablement Lead supporting a large-scale transformation across a complex, multi-team environment.
This is a high-impact enablement-focused role designed to help execute a strategy and roadmap that are already in place, not build them from scratch. It’s all about driving execution and adoption at scale , helping teams bring structure and consistency to how they plan, prioritize, and deliver work.
What You’ll Do- Drive adoption of agile and SDLC best practices
- Support quarterly planning, intake, and capacity management
- Help operationalize resource planning and executive reporting dashboards
- Create and roll out playbooks and standardized processes
- Improve delivery consistency, dependency management, and visibility
- Partner across teams to influence and drive change at scale
- Advanced expertise in JIRA
- Strong experience with agile at scale (SAFe or similar) in large, matrixed environments
- Deep understanding of SDLC and delivery practices
- Experience with capacity planning or resource management
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive adoption
This is not a traditional Agile Coach role. It’s a high-level, hands-on opportunity to help a large organization execute better and scale smarter .
