VP, Client Advisor Los Angeles, CA

SCS is seeking a Vice President (“VP”) to join the Los Angeles, California office. As part of a client relationship team dedicated to serving the financial and investment needs of clients, the VP will work with the team to ensure that SCS clients continue to receive a world‑class experience. This role is located in Los Angeles, CA. Primary Responsibilities Actively manage and oversee the client’s investment and financial plans; Prepare client meeting presentations and oversee any manual reporting coordination; Effectively analyze, develop solutions, and communicate sophisticated wealth management topics in a concise, understandable manner; Participate in client meetings and assist with client inquiries and requests in a timely manner; Serve as first point of contact for some clients; Think creatively and strategically about client needs; Capitalize on experience to drive process and efficiency improvements; Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; CFP or CFA designation preferred; 5‑7+ years of relevant professional experience in investment, wealth management, estate planning, or tax/accounting environment; Fluency in planning and/or investment topics; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications; Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills; Analytical with a strong attention to detail; problem‑solving effectively; High energy and highly self‑motivated with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment; Strong written and oral communication skills; Willingness to travel on occasion for client meetings; This position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $150,000–$175,000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
