Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Schertz, TX

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving a vibrant community of students. Collaborate in dynamic school settings across clusters including high school, middle school, and elementary campuses, helping students build essential communication skills. Both experienced SLPs (CCC required) and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply-supervision is provided for those completing fellowship requirements.


This on-site role begins August 17, 2026, and continues through May 27, 2027, offering the chance to work full-time at 37.5 hours per week. You'll be assigned to one school site-spanning the range from early learners to teens-following the interview and site matching process.


Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); CFYs considered with supervision available
• Ability to complete fingerprinting/background check prior to start date
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Adaptability to diverse student populations and teams
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, engaging learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students as determined by IEPs and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for student success
• Maintain thorough records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams and support district-wide speech programs
