Permanent General Dentist Needed - Amarillo, TX We're seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our well-established, high-producing practice in Amarillo, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced dentists and new graduates looking for mentorship, strong clinical support, and immediate patient flow. Why Join Us? Guaranteed Base Salary: Guaranteed yearly salary and/or a % of adjusted production Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 Flexible 4-Day Work Week (rotating Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri) Annual PTO About the Practice 4-doctor practice with strong team culture 150+ new patients per month 15 operatories Robust hygiene team: 6 full-time hygienists (4 days/week) 4 part-time hygienists (2 days/week) Technology & Clinical Support We are committed to providing modern dentistry with access to advanced technology: iTero scanners Implant motors and surgical capabilities Endodontic equipment Access to CBCT imaging Mentorship & Clinical Environment You'll be joining a team that values long-term patient relationships and quality care.
