We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team. We, through Continuing Education Courses and on the job learning, will provide continual training. Prior experience is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service for the patient, excellent chair side manner.
• Assist the doctor with all dental procedures.
• Be a great team member, willing to help others when in need.
• Take radiographs (Digital).
• Take Photos (Intraoral and Extraoral).
• Review patient charts and record appropriate patient data during exam and treatment (transcribed into patient’s electronic chart).
• Set-up and breakdown operatories.
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment and treatment rooms.
• Educate patients (answer necessary questions and postoperative instructions as prescribed by Dentist).
• Schedule appointments and assist in appointment confirmation calls.
• Take impressions (Digital and Manual) for Orthodontics, Crown and Bridge, etc.
• Fabricate temporary restorations.
• Understand and feel comfortable explaining different financial options available to patients.
• Be willing to participate in community and charitable events.
• Participate in daily morning huddles to assess as a group how to achieve the goals of the office.
