Program Manager, Evolve & Integrate Distribution (PMO Lead)

Program Manager, Evolve & Integrate Distribution (E&ID) We are looking for a senior Program Manager to establish and lead the Program Management Office (PMO) for the Evolve & Integrate Distribution (E&ID) initiative, ensuring disciplined end-to-end execution of the agenda and delivering outcomes at the required pace and scale. Primary Responsibilities Program & PMO Leadership Establish and lead the E&ID PMO, governance, operating cadence, tools, standards, and reporting. Define and enforce consistent program management disciplines across all E&ID workstreams (planning, milestones, dependency, risk, issue resolution). Build and coach a high‑performing team of program and project managers as the scope expands. Integrated Planning & Execution Translate strategy and priorities into an integrated enterprise-level roadmap. Actively manage interdependence across workstreams such as network planning, branch activations, experience & change, operating model, technology, and talent enablement. Ensure execution plans remain aligned as priorities shift. Governance, Risk & Decision Support Design and run governance forums, ensuring proper decisions and escalations. Surface risks, capacity constraints, tradeoffs and recommend actions. Partner with senior leaders to resolve blockers across matrixed environment. Performance Management & Transparency Establish success metrics, execution dashboards, and reporting. Provide consistent, decision-oriented updates for monthly reviews, leadership readouts, board discussions. Track benefits realization and tie delivery to business outcomes. Partner & Vendor Coordination Coordinate execution across internal teams and external partners. Ensure knowledge transfer, handoffs, and deliverables are structured for sustainability. Ways of Working & Capability Building Help establish “how we execute” for E&ID and introduce modern practices. Continuously improve execution effectiveness by addressing gaps in process, tooling, capability. Qualifications, Education, Certifications And/or Other Professional Credentials 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs or transformations in complex organizations. Proven experience building and running a PMO for multi-year, multi-workstream initiatives. Strong ability to manage ambiguity, interdependencies, competing priorities while maintaining discipline. Executive presence to engage, challenge, influence senior leaders. Deep understanding of program governance, risk management, performance tracking. Experience in financial services, retail banking, or similarly regulated, distributed environments is strongly preferred.
