Job Full Description

General Laborer - Fence Installation

Location: Salem, OR

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm, overtime as needed

Job Overview:
We are hiring a General Laborer to assist fence installers. This is a physically demanding role requiring lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks. Candidates must be prepared for a hands-on evaluation to determine hire readiness.

Key Duties:

Dig holes and mix concrete
Gather tools and equipment
Assist with tying fences
Prepare and clean the jobsite
Load and deliver materials using tools and machinery
Set up and take down ladders and temporary structures

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Complete pre-employment drug test
Dependable and hardworking
Construction experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 50 lbs consistently over an 8+ hour shift
Frequent kneeling, bending, twisting, pulling, reaching, and outdoor work
