Job Description HR Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client in the Sodo are of Seattle with an HR Specialist position. This role will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract opportunity. This role supports day-to-day HR operations with a people-first approach while ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records and HRIS data, supporting payroll and reporting processes, and coordinating employee communications, surveys, and HR programs. The position also serves as a primary contact for employee-related filings such as unemployment claims, verifications, leave administration, and work injury claims, while partnering with internal teams to support compliance, recognition initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR processes. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 3 years full spectrum human resources experience
• Must be proficient working within HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well independently and prioritize tasks and projects throughout the day
• Can work well in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly

Pay Details: $25.00 to $33.00 per hour
