Looking for full and part time. Job Requirements for position of Medical Biller: Two years experience in a medical office setting. Customer Service – Manages difficult patient situations gracefully. Responds promptly to patient needs. Oral Communications – Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations. Listens and gets clarification. Responds well to questions. Professionalism – Approaches others in a tactful manner. Reacts well under pressure. Treats other with respect and consideration. Accepts responsibility for own actions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Medical Biller: Knowledge of entire revenue cycle in a medical office including: Entering patient demographics and billing information Verifying insurance coverage and benefits Collecting copays, co-ins, deductibles and balances from patients Answer patient's billing questions Handle collections on unpaid accounts Working Accounts Receivable reports Review and appeal unpaid and denied claimsWork directly with the insurance company, healthcare provider and patient to get a claim processed and paid Use coded data to produce and submit claims to insurance companies Post payments and correctly apply insurance adjustments Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm Salary Information $50,000 - $55,000Hourly Wage #J-18808-Ljbffr
