Mammography Tech - Travel Job

Join our team as an experienced Mammography Technologist for a travel assignment in St. Helena, CA. In this role you will perform specialized breast examinations to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease. You will operate mammography equipment, perform required procedures, and provide clinical care using appropriate technical and decision-making skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Radiography (ARRT-R) required.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Mammography (ARRT-M) required in OR; preferred in CA and HI. Specify ARRT-M status when applying.
• Mammographic Radiologic Technology (MRT) certification required.
• Radiologic Technologist (RT) and Mammography Technologist credential required in CA.
• AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification required.
• Experience as a Mammography Technologist preferred.
• Fluoroscopy license preferred in CA.
• Venipuncture certification preferred in CA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS or equivalent) from an approved vendor required per facility policy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of mammography technologist experience preferred.
• Previous hospital-based mammography experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0700-1700.
• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week. Set schedule Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Occasional Friday coverage for PTO may be required.
