Hours & Compensation Hours: Full Time, 36 hours per week, every other weekend. Shifts: 12 hours, 6-6. Base Compensation Range: $37.60/hr-$44.71/hr depending on years of experience. Our facility delivers hospital-level services comparable to those on a medical-surgical unit. The team is equipped to manage complex medical needs including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and lines, tubes, and drains oversight. Position Highlights Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays with added pay Qualifications RN License (State of Texas) BLS required 1+ year of RN experience preferred (Acute care a plus) CRRN preferred Location ClearSky Waxahachie. #J-18808-Ljbffr ClearSky Health
