Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group using the nursing process and established standards.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at multiple levels; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Collect relevant health data, analyze assessment findings, and develop a care plan with prescribed interventions.
- Implement the plan, coordinate care delivery, promote a safe environment, and evaluate progress toward outcomes.
- Participate in discharge planning, patient and family education, and collaboration with the treatment team to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements
- Valid, active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (Oregon)
- Minimum two years of recent Med Surg/acute care nursing experience
- BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA BLS, ARC BLS, or RQI-BLS) as required
- Facility-specific requirement: AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS
- EPIC experience required
- BSN preferred
- Ability to work in a Short Term Acute Care setting and travel environment
