• Pay Range: $25-$30 hour
• Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm; The first week will consist of onsite training and supervision, followed by a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Payroll Coordinator
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll and maintaining employee timekeeping and attendance records for 1,000+ employees across the corporate office, distribution center, and retail stores. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment and takes pride in accuracy and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

• Review time and attendance records in UKG Workforce Dimensions to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies before payroll processing.
• Partner with district managers and other internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve payroll and timekeeping issues in a timely manner.
• Review and process bi-weekly payroll batches, including entering and adjusting hours, special pay, deductions, and other payroll-related changes.
• Set up, maintain, and monitor employee wage garnishments in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure employee data is accurate and up to date and assist with data integrations, uploads, and related processes as needed.
• Prepare and process manual payroll checks when necessary.
• Review and complete payroll-related termination workflows, ensuring final pay and employee records are processed accurately and timely.
• Maintain accurate payroll and timekeeping records and support payroll-related audits and reporting as needed.
• Provide responsive and professional support to employees and managers regarding payroll and timekeeping questions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Experience processing payroll for an organization with 500+ employees; experience supporting 1,000+ employees preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of UKG Workforce Management (WFM), UKG Dimensions, or UKG WFM Pro.
• Excellent attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to payroll accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict payroll deadlines.
• Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including the ability to create reports, correspondence, and summaries of payroll information.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Teams, Zoom, for effective business communication, collaboration, and document management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to research and resolve discrepancies independently.
• Excellent bilingual English/Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and payroll information.
