Russell Tobin is partnering with a top cosmetic and personal care company to identify a  R&D Lab Specialist  in Reynoldsburg, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Assist R&D Lab Specialist in daily tasks
• Maintain and document testing status and results through the entire process.
• Manage samples throughout testing process: receipt, testing start, evaluation at required timepoints, retain/storage of samples when testing complete
• Fill and assemble samples for testing
• Support on additional tasks as needed.
• Shipping samples to vendors and cross-functional partners
• Manage organization of international bulk standards and shipping of said standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Scientific or Engineering fields and/or Related work experience in QA/R&D/Manufacturing or laboratory
• Focus on detail
• Follows instructions/standard operating procedures
• Flexibility to meet shifting priorities
• Good written and oral communication skills
• MS Office Suite experience
• Organizational skills
• Team-player attitude
• Excel, SAP experience
• What are the top 3 to 5 skills - Attention to detail, MS Office experience (Teams, Excel), Flexible in a changing environment, Team player, good communication skills.
• Requires a 4-year degree and Recent graduate, 0-3 years of experience will be considered.

Additional Details :

• Location: Reynoldsburg, OH
• Duration: 3+ Months (Possible extension)
• Pay rate: $20–$24.14/yr. depending on experience
