Health Care Recruiter Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Care Recruiter to join our team at Shift Seekers in Beachwood, OH. As a Health Care Recruiter, you will play a critical role in our supplementary team, working closely with our frontline healthcare workers in Long Term Care. Responsibilities Full cycle recruitment Coordinate and carry out policies and programs to all staff members on the team Verify employees with work and personnel records as necessary Assist with new employee orientation programs, explaining policies and procedures, salary, benefits, etc. Initiate and maintain employee records for current employees as well as all new hires Participate in job evaluations and wage and benefit surveys to determine competitive wage rates Coordinate and carry out recruitment and hiring process to fill vacant positions Requirements High school graduate or equivalent required Long Term Care Supervisory experience preferred Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Health Care Recruitment Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Human Resources Strong time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills and a minimum of basic Excel skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of all payroll, medical, and health-related information Agree not to disclose employees or residents' protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator What We Offer Excellent wage and benefit package Full-time position with benefits Flexible working hours within Monday to Friday business hours Pay based on experience Comprehensive benefit packages including medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, and more 401K through Fidelity Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Perks Program offering discounts to major companies Employee Recognition Programs Equal Opportunity Employer Shift Seekers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
