Industrial Maintenance Technician (PLC / Electrical)

Overview We are hiring Maintenance Technicians with strong electrical, mechanical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting experience to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This role is critical to maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safe, efficient production. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, VFDs (variable frequency drives), motors, gearboxes, pumps, and power supplies Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Support mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across the facility Document work orders, repairs, and parts usage in a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Partner with production teams to resolve equipment issues and reduce downtime Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety regulations Assist with startup/shutdown procedures and continuous improvement initiatives Train and support junior technicians as needed Required Qualifications 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, PLC, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Experience with PLCs, AC drives (VFDs), and industrial controls Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance documentation Knowledge of machining, assembly practices, and shop tools Ability to manage multiple repairs in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing TIG or stick welding experience Shifts Available

1. st Shift: ~6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (1 opening)
2. nd Shift: ~3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (2 openings)
3. rd Shift: ~11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (2 openings)
