Lead the day-to-day operations of an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). This role oversees staff, ensures quality care and compliance, and promotes a safe, person-centered residential environment.
Schedule
- Flexible schedule based on program needs
- Primarily day and evening hours with one weekend day required
- Opportunity for adjusted schedules and flexible hours to support residents and program operations

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support residential staff
- Ensure quality care, compliance, and person-centered services
- Oversee resident plans, documentation, and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Manage staffing schedules, household operations, budgets, and resident funds
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning residence
- Support community integration and resident engagement
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- 2+ years working with individuals with I/DD
- $32-36/hour dependent on experience
