What You'll Bring:

• Current certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC or CFY status accepted)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations within school settings
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, educators, and students
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse speech and language needs
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver both group and one-on-one intervention sessions
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records within required timelines
• Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute clinical insights for student success
