Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, and pediatric SLPs are all encouraged to apply
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Compassionate approach with a commitment to student-centered care

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school district policies and state guidelines
• Participate in parent meetings, professional development sessions, and team consultations
