Part-Time Client Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Client Service Representative to join our team.

We're looking for a personable, dependable, and highly professional service extraordinaire to join us in delivering exceptional care to our clients and their pets. This is a part-time position, and availability to work every other Saturday is required.

Why We Need You

As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each client's trust and confidence in our team. The CSR is the hub around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering phones, and escorting clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Making follow-up calls and reaching out to prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Recommending and processing products, services, and prescription requests.
• Educating clients on general pet care and preventive health topics, such as heartworm prevention, flea and tick control, and basic husbandry.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
• Assisting with general hospital cleanliness and maintenance, including the removal of animal waste, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our patients, clients, and team members.
