Position Overview

As a Telemarketer, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your job is to engage prospects, generate interest, qualify leads, and transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents .

This is a high-volume outbound calling role — 200+ calls/day — with no warm leads.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules , providing flexibility for students, stay-at-home parents, or anyone looking to supplement their income.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 200+ outbound calls per day

• Deliver professional scripts in English and Spanish

• Build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively

• Identify and qualify potential insurance leads for transfer to licensed agents

• Accurately log all call activity and outcomes in CRM

• Follow up with potential clients when appropriate

• Collaborate with team members to optimize scripts and sales strategies

• Maintain a professional, energetic, and persistent attitude

Expectations

• High-volume calling: 200+ calls/day

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

• Represent our agency with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Handle rejections positively and maintain persistence

• Participate in team collaboration and training

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Spanish & English (Required)

• Telemarketing or call center experience preferred, but motivated college students and stay-at-home moms welcome

• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and commission-driven

• Reliable, consistent, and able to follow scripts and processes

Compensation

• $15–$18 per hour + strong commission potential

• Weekly and monthly performance bonuses

• Opportunity to grow into a licensed agent role

Schedule

• Full-Time and Part-Time roles available

• Monday–Friday
