2nd Shift MIG Welder Location: Mason, MI Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM Pay: $22.00/hour + $1.50 shift premium ($23.50/hour total) Immediate Openings – Start Quickly! Personnel World is hiring experienced MIG Welders for a growing and well-established facility in Mason. What You’ll Do Perform MIG welding using .035” and .045” wire Complete vertical up, vertical down, flat, and horizontal welds Read and interpret blueprints and work orders Fit, tack, weld, and finish components to specifications Ensure clean weld appearance and proper penetration Measure materials and maintain tight tolerances Inspect finished welds to meet quality standards What We’re Looking For 1+ year of MIG welding experience (required) Hands‑on experience with .035” and .045” wire Confidence in performing vertical up/down welds Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately Experience welding steel and/or aluminum preferred Ability to pass a weld test and measurement test AWS certification is a plus (not required) Dependable, safety‑conscious, and team‑oriented Graduation from a standard high school or vocational school Why You’ll Want This Role Consistent full‑time hours – no weekends Competitive pay + shift premium Overtime available for additional earnings Clean, organized facility Supportive, team‑focused environment Opportunity to grow your skills and stay busy year‑round Apply Today If you're an experienced MIG welder looking for a stable 2nd shift opportunity in Mason, we’d love to connect.
