Up to 2 weeks Paid Vacation 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match Medical, Dental, Vision (For Employee and Eligible Family Members) Company Life Insurance Supplemental Life Insurance Supplemental AD&D Disability (Short Term and Long Term) Insurance Critical Illness Insurance FSA – Flexible Spending Account Uniforms provided Company issued iPad and iPhone Tools, Equipment, Company Vehicle and Gas Card provided Employee Discounts Career growth opportunity Employee Referral Bonuses available What You'll Do: Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications Lead a team of HVAC installers on job sites, and provide oversight to ensure proper completion of projects Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems Cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all necessary materials to complete it Document work performed in accordance with company procedure Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager What You'll Bring: 2+ years of residential HVAC experience Proficient knowledge in different models of HVAC systems Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Excellent Communication and customer service skills Physical Demands: Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
