Accounting Manager / Staff Accountant

Location : Arlington, TX | Full-Time | On-Site

This position is ideal for someone with around 5 years of accounting experience who is strong in  QuickBooks Online , highly detail-oriented, and enjoys being hands-on with the day-to-day accounting function.

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily  AP and AR
• Handle expense reporting and  corporate credit card reconciliations
• Perform account, inventory, balance sheet, and income statement reconciliations
• Support  month-end close and sales tax
• Coordinate  purchasing, receiving, and inventory
• Review and properly categorize expenditures and maintain accurate financial records
• Ensure customer billing requirements and documentation are accurate
• Support accounting for  Shopify/e-commerce sales
• Track products moving through overseas factories and warehouses
• Maintain accurate product and item listings
• Identify discrepancies and help improve accounting processes
• Partner closely with leadership and serve as the  primary resource for day-to-day accounting

What We're Looking For:

• Approximately 5 years of solid accounting experience
• Strong  QuickBooks Online experience — required
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and general accounting
• Exceptional  attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Reliable, consistent, and committed to building a long-term career
• Energetic and comfortable staying  hands-on and in the weeds
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative personality

Bonus: Experience with Webgility, Shopify/e-commerce, inventory, purchasing, month-end close, or sales tax.
