The ideal candidate is an experienced Nurse Practitioner who is comfortable practicing with a high degree of independence, managing their own patient panel, making clinical decisions, and providing comprehensive care across the lifespan. We are looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of a growing practice and has an entrepreneurial mindset toward building long-term patient relationships and developing their own patient base. The provider will be expected to: Independently evaluate and diagnose patients. Develop and implement treatment plans. Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate. Order and interpret diagnostic testing. Manage chronic disease. Treat acute and episodic medical conditions. Make appropriate specialist referrals. Maintain appropriate documentation and follow-up.
