Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by supporting communication and learning across elementary, middle, and high school levels. An exciting full-time contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to work onsite throughout the entire 2026-2027 school year. This role involves working with students presenting diverse disabilities—ranging from mild to severe—at a site located in the Longview, Washington area.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Washington State SLP License (Department of Health)
• Valid Washington State OSPI ESA license with SLP endorsement (full licensure required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working in K-12 schools preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable working with students of varying ages and needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site speech and language therapy services to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with a range of communicative disorders and disabilities
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation, progress notes, and reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation and implementation of student goals
• Communicate regularly with staff, teachers, and families to support student progress
• Adapt therapy methods to meet the individualized needs of each learner
