Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school settings for the 2026-2027 academic year. As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll provide vital interventions to a diverse group of learners, helping them communicate, collaborate, and thrive within their school communities.

This contract, onsite role is a full-time position spanning five days a week, with a consistent schedule of seven hours per day. You’ll work closely with students presenting a wide range of disabilities from mild to severe, collaborating with educational teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that foster growth and independence.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Washington State SLP license (Dept. of Health)
• Washington State OSPI ESA certification with SLP endorsement (must be fully licensed)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in school settings or working with children with a variety of disabilities strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services, both individually and in small groups
• Assess, diagnose, and document student speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and revise IEPs alongside interdisciplinary school teams
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and families, promoting strategies for student success
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to district, state, and federal guidelines
