An exciting onsite opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year, working across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
You’ll engage with a diverse student population, helping learners with mild to severe disabilities achieve their full potential. This full-time role (five days a week, seven hours per day) offers the chance to collaborate with passionate educators and play a vital part in students’ educational journeys.
Qualifications:
- Current Washington State SLP License (Dept. of Health)
- Valid Washington OSPI ESA license with Speech-Language Pathology endorsement (full licensure required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Comfortable working with students from elementary through high school with a variety of needs
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services onsite
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and participate in meetings
- Create engaging, individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse student disabilities
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for holistic student support
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
