Dialysis Program Manager

Role Overview The Dialysis Program Manager oversees the hospital's hemodialysis program, ensuring safe and effective patient care by implementing policies, supervising staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. They represent the program within hospital management and community outreach, maintaining compliance with guidelines and standards. Responsibilities Lead and organize the hemodialysis program to ensure quality care. Supervise dialysis staff and promote high standards of patient safety. Develop and enforce policies for safe dialysis practices. Coordinate with hospital management and community partners. Communicate patient concerns and updates effectively. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure and CPR certification; ACLS within 1 year; CRRN preferred. At least one year of inpatient hospital and dialysis nursing experience preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible schedules.
