Position Overview We are seeking a driven, client-centered Family Law Associate Attorney with 2 to 3 years of litigation experience to join our team in South Florida. Experience in family law is preferred, but candidates with a strong civil litigation background will be seriously considered. This is an in-office position based in South Florida. This is not just a job; for the right person, it is a career. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of family law and/or civil litigation matters, take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding, and work in the office full-time. Qualifications 2 to 3 years of litigation experience. Experience in family law preferred; strong civil litigation background acceptable. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
