Job Details Location: Chicago, IL 60666 Salary: $67,000.00 - $67,000.00 Job Summary Site Manager ORD Job Type: Full-Time, Salary Exempt Global K9 Protection Group LLC is looking for a dedicated and passionate Site Manager ORD to serve as an integral part of the GK9PG Team. Responsibilities Maintain and manage scheduling Facilitate badging (where required) Travel assistance Manage GK9PG equipment and property Manage training and compliance and ensure annotation in GlobalView Review a percentage of site videos per week/month and ensure annotation in GlobalView Ensure explosive inventory is performed per shift Ensure ATF compliance Monitor and schedule required certification training dates Review GlobalView inputs of subordinates for accuracy and completeness Consult with Area Manager on subordinate discipline Counsel subordinates as required Paycom duties: monitoring employee punches, PTO, overtime scheduling Enforce handbook policy Manage customer relationships at the warehouse level Assist Area Manager with coordinating new customer implementation Facilitate new employee orientation and OJT requirements Disseminate corporate-level communication to site-wide personnel Be responsible for overall site growth, customer satisfaction and acquisition Serve as the first line supervisor for all GK9PG employees at that location Serve as the first level of client interface as a member of GK9PG leadership at site level Serve as the first level of compliance accountability for site Enforce all GK9PG, TSA policies and procedures for that site Provide site-specific input to the Regional Director of Cargo Operations as required Facilitate site or client specific training required Enforce monthly K9 maintenance/preventive medication and ensure annotation in GlobalView Enforce K9 inventory procedures (Lows: monthly; Highs: per use, monthly, quarterly) Perform QA/QC audits: review 20% of site videos per week and ensure all team videos are uploaded Perform QA/QC audits: review training and utilization records of subordinates for accuracy and completeness Monitor required recertification dates of assigned K9 teams and schedule them with the Regional Director of Cargo Operations & Director of K9 training Coordinate start‑ups and demos as part of business development Participate in scheduled weekly briefings and meetings with HQ as requested Conduct OJT for newly assigned teams Qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain an Employee Possessor license through ATF Mentor, inspire and champion employees for continued growth and development Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities and contribute to building a positive team spirit Effectively communicate customer-related issues with operations team and devise ways to improve the customer experience Be able to lead others with tact, respect, and professionalism Reach across organizational lines to integrate and streamline essential functions Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Create, maintain, and prepare records and reports Perform tasks with minimal or no oversight Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills Prioritize multitasking and complete work in a timely manner Identify problems, suggest and implement solutions, and react to change with a high degree of attention to detail and foresight Be able to work outside normal business hours, including weekends as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Global K9 Protection Group
