As a Showing Assistant , you will work directly with active buyers in a fast-paced setting while gaining valuable, hands-on insight into the real estate transaction process. You'll receive comprehensive training and access to professional tools designed to help you provide clients with a polished, reliable experience.

This role is ideal for dependable, motivated, and coachable individuals who are interested in building a lasting career in real estate. Along with strong earning potential, the position provides a defined path toward becoming a full-time agent and growing within a team that values accountability, consistency, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and training through PLACE New Agent Launch
• Partner with the lead agent to assist buyers throughout the home search process
• Conduct showings and provide detailed feedback to help refine client needs and search criteria
• Communicate regularly with clients who are under contract to provide updates and ensure a smooth experience
• Support the offer process, including drafting and negotiating contracts under the direction of the lead agent
• Attend home inspections, walkthroughs, and closings as needed to support clients and the team
• Coordinate with all parties involved in the transaction to help keep deals on track and timelines met
• Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
• Participate in weekly script practice and skill development sessions
• Attend all required team meetings, trainings, and activities
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions and ongoing professional development
• Accurately track all tasks, communications, and activities within PLACE technology systems
